A deep dive into the portfolio of Barbados-based Larry Warren Architects reveals several larger-than-life projects, from One Sandy Lane—where Rihanna bought a condo in 2013—to private estates like Kalinago, a colossal 75,000-square-foot multigenerational waterfront retreat along the island’s coveted west coast. 

Crowning nearly 1.5 acres in St. Peter, at the northern end of Barbados’s sun-kissed Platinum Coast, the gated compound enjoys direct access to white-sand beaches, warm turquoise waters, and sweeping vistas of the Caribbean Sea. Beyond the gates, the island offers a wealth of diversions, from golf at Apes Hill to trackside seats at the Sandy Lane Gold Cup.

Fashioned from rare, hand-carved Barbadian coral stone and Bufalini Marmi marble, the five-story megamansion blends timeless craftsmanship with modern sophistication. Airy common areas provide ample room for gathering, with a total of 20 bedrooms offering space for extended family and guests.
