NFL Star Myles Garrett Lists His Ohio Home for $2.1 Million

In 2018—a year after the Cleveland Browns selected him No. 1 overall in the NFL draft—Myles Garrett doled out $1.3 million for a newly built home in the Northeast Ohio city of Wadsworth, about 33 miles south of downtown Cleveland. Now, after a seismic offseason trade to the Los Angeles Rams, the superstar pass rusher has decided to hand over the keys to his Buckeye State residence.

The two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, affectionately known as “Flash” to his fans, is asking $2.1 million for the two-acre spread, around $800,000 more than he paid. Natalie Antonelli and Rebecca Donatelli of The Elli Group at Elite Sotheby’s International Realty share the listing.

Set behind gates in the affluent Hidden Lakes of Sharon neighborhood, the white brick and stone-accented structure offers five bedrooms and half a dozen bathrooms in roughly 4,300 square feet across three levels. Several upgrades were added during his tenure, including a detached four-car garage with a finished upper level and a custom walk-in closet with a glass display case.

An arched entryway leads into a double-height foyer with a curving staircase. Off to the side, barn-style doors slide open to reveal a taupe-hued office with LED lighting lining the glass block cabinetry and coved ceiling. Rich wide-plank hardwood floors flow past a seated wet bar on the way to a fireside living room with sliding glass doors opening out to an expansive covered deck with a built-in grill. An adjacent kitchen has a large eat-in island, a glossy ceramic-tiled backsplash, high-end stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an accompanying dining area.

An upstairs primary suite features a cathedral ceiling, a private balcony, the aforementioned walk-in closet, and a deluxe bath with an oversized walk-in shower. Elsewhere is a recreation room serviced by a curving bar, a tiered movie theater, and a gym with specialized rubber floors, along with a lushly planted backyard with a fire pit.

Garrett, who has reportedly closed on a new $23 million mansion in L.A.’s celeb-studded Hidden Hills community, agreed to a restructured five-year, $208.2 million contract with the Rams that elevates his 2026 compensation to $37 million annually.
