Bou surprised the fans at his Las Vegas show last Thursday (6th August) by bringing the British Airways flight attendant he had met, and sampled, earlier that day on stage with him.
The UK drum & bass artist was travelling from London Heathrow to Las Vegas for the event when a disturbance broke out between two passengers shortly before take-off.
Flight attendant Sophie Turner stepped in to break up the conflict, telling one of the passengers: “If I have to tell you again, I will be restraining you, sir, if you do not stay seated!”
The passenger was removed shortly after, with the flight then continuing to Las Vegas. During the journey, Bou sampled Turner’s repeated requests for the passenger to “stay seated” for a track he produced while in the air. After documenting the altercation on Instagram, and subsequently the video of him making the track, Turner, who followed Bou on Instagram and was already a fan, sent him a message. They later posed for a selfie on the flight.
Bou later invited her on stage at his Las Vegas show to perform the vocal part live.

“Fair play to the air hostess here, because she absolutely held it down,” said Bou in the clip, adding that Turner deserved a raise.
As Travel Pulse reports, a spokesperson from British Airways said that disruptive behaviour is never tolerated on board and commended the crew for maintaining safety throughout the event.
Last year, Bou dropped a 31-track ‘B-Sides Mixtape’, featuring appearances from Riko Dan, Disrupta, Toxinate, Jack Banner and many more.
